Apply as a producer
Your own shop at your own address, no fees and no commission. You fill in the application, the County Council checks the details, then we build the shop together.
What you need
- Identity of the seller: name, legal form, tax number (CUI), trade-register number and address (for private persons without a registered business: name and address only).
- For honey, jams and preserves: your producer certificate or sanitary-veterinary registration, where it applies.
- Photos you took yourself or have the right to use.
- Packaged goods with a long shelf life. No alcohol, perishable food or product bundles.
What happens next
- You get a reference number. The application goes to the County Council's review queue.
- The Council checks the details (tax number, registrations) and writes to you by e-mail: approval, a question, or a refusal with a reason.
- No payments are taken through Piața Neamț. You agree payment and delivery directly with the customer.
The application data is used only for verification and is not published. The business identity appears on the shop page only if you agree below. Do not send personal ID numbers, ID scans or bank details.
